💦 The Splash: You kick things off with an 800m swim. The swim will be a staggered start with swimmers starting ten to fifteen seconds apart. 🏃‍♂️ The Dash: Sprint, jog, or power-walk your way down the University Crossing Trail, and back, for 2 miles.
